At Vitality, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. That's why we offer a 90-day return or replacement policy.
Return Eligibility
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement. To be eligible:
- The item must be returned to our warehouse with a valid tracking number
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: Items sent to intermediary shipping facilities are not eligible for refunds.

Return Shipping Fees
The responsibility for return shipping fees depends on the reason for the return:
- If the return is caused by the consumer (for example, you no longer want the product, ordered the wrong item, or changed your mind), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific cost will depend on the express/courier company you choose.
- If the return is due to our reasons (the goods received are damaged, defective, or incorrect), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee. In this case, we will provide a prepaid return label by email once your return is approved.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@vitalitytherapy.co or via WhatsApp. Once approved, we'll send you instructions along with the return shipping label (when applicable).

Received a damaged or non-working product? Or it doesn't fit quite right?
No worries — we've got you covered. If your product arrives damaged, isn't working properly, or doesn't fit as expected, simply contact us within 30 days. We'll send you a free replacement right away. In most cases, this is faster and easier than processing a full return.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, your order may already be registered in our Fulfilment system and cannot be stopped.
Refunds
- Return inspection time: Up to 7 days after we receive your returned item
- Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
